kalau nak kurus mesti lah kena berdiet right ?
ekceli, i da start diet nie since last year where iam in form 5 ,
who will attend a big examination that is 'SPM' on that year .
my mom had advise me , dont start your diet yet , let finish your spm first,
but, i degil and i hope xde pape berlaku ,but something was happened!
my menstruel cycle jd xnormal sbb berat turun mendadak !huhuhu
so, i terpaksa lah stopkan diet i tu.ekceli time i diet tu, i xmkn nasi langsong!
after that , i teramatlah stress okay !
yelah, spm pon dekat and kesihatan i lak xok !
and bile da stress mulalah i melantak xigt dunia.
sekarang ni, ambik kau, overdos berat plak kot. hehehe :'(
and now, i want to start back my diet ,
and harini dah 'one month and forteen days' i xmakan nasi .
i just makan roti , oat ..yang tu jelah ,
air pulak i banyakkan minum air suam .
xmakan nasi ? xlapar ke?
siyezly, mmg lapar ok T___T
tp terpaksalah i pantang kan.
klu i lapar sgt, i juz makan lauk je,
tp dlm kuantiti yang sikit la.
hasilnya ?

and, senaman jangan lupa juga ok !
i selalu juga la pegi joging time pg and maen badminton time petang .
harap segala usaha i selama ni akan berbuahkan hasil durian..
